The guest locates the designated storage area or contacts staff for assistance.

We provide a unique QR code for your hotel, which can be placed on the luggage storage room door or at reception. No app installation is needed – it works directly from the smartphone camera and browser.

Information & Optional Insurance

The guest enters their personal information and has the option to add insurance for extra peace of mind.

Access & storing

Once the booking is completed, the guest receives access to the storage room either via a code or QR code, or they can show proof of booking to staff before leaving their luggage.

Pick-up / Departure

The guest can retrieve their luggage at any time, either by using their access to the room or by showing proof of booking to the staff.
