Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our expansion efforts in Northern Europe. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a growing team of sales professionals, starting with 3 remote and local sales representatives. Provide guidance, mentorship, and set the standard as a leader by example.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop, iterate, and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Northern European market. Continuously evaluate and refine these strategies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the market.

  • Market Expansion: Drive the expansion of our hotel product offering in Northern Europe. Identify key opportunities, establish partnerships, and build relationships with potential clients.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements and initiatives to drive growth and achieve targets. Compensation will be heavily performance-based, with a significant opportunity for profit-sharing or equity for top performers.

  • Autonomy and Initiative: Take charge of setting the direction for sales, leading by example, and establishing best practices for your team. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to sales efforts as the team grows.

  • Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing sales teams.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example.
