About the Role:

In this role, you will be selling innovative solutions directly to hotels, helping them enhance their operations and improve the guest experience. While experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, it’s not a requirement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent Sales Goals: You will be responsible for managing your own sales targets, with a focus on driving growth and expanding our presence in the market. This role offers you the autonomy to manage your workload and develop strategies to meet your objectives.

  • Remote and Travel Sales: The role includes a blend of remote selling and travel, giving you the flexibility to connect with clients both in person and virtually. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with hotels across multiple regions, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.

  • Selling Hotel Solutions: You will be promoting and selling cutting-edge solutions designed to enhance hotel operations and the overall guest experience. Your role will involve understanding the unique challenges hotels face and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Continuous Learning and Development: We offer numerous opportunities for professional growth. You’ll have access to resources and training that will expand your knowledge and enhance your sales techniques. Prior experience in B2B sales is a significant advantage, but we also provide support to help you develop these skills further.

  • Reporting: You will report directly to the Sales Leader, ensuring alignment with broader sales strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English is essential for this role. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German or other Northern European languages, is a great advantage and will set you apart in the international market.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. You should be comfortable presenting and negotiating with clients, both remotely and in person.

  • Industry Experience: While experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial, we are open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds. What’s important is your enthusiasm and ability to adapt to new challenges.
